Reseller Partner – Resellers may be a DMR and other reseller type. They focus on reselling products (80%+ of revenue) via Field and/or Inside Sales teams, and may offer products online. They generally provide minimal services or support.
VAR (Solution Provider) – Valued Added Resellers sell products and provides services for those products (installation, configuration, migration, etc.). They also offer both pre-sales and front line tech support functions.
Distribution Partner – Distributors provide products, credit, and logistics support to Resellers and VARs. They do not engage in selling to End User Customers.
